We warmly welcome new families to join our program! Please note that all families must be registered parishioners of Our Lady of Perpetual Help-St. Catharine in order to enroll in Religious Education. If you are not a parishioner, please fill out the "new parishioner" form under the Join Us tab on this website. Once you receive your parishioner number, please fill out the "new family registration" form below. Once you complete this form, the Religious Education office will be notified and will review your application. When approved, you will receive an automated email from Parish Giving with login credentials for an account that was created for you. Sign into your Parish Giving account to make a payment and select sessions for your child/ren.
